Elore Enteprises dba Palacios USA es la filial del Grupo Palacios en USA, empresa de alimentación líder mundial en la venta de chorizo riojano. Desde su integración en 2016 al Grupo Palacios, representa la sede del grupo en USA.
Ofrecemos en Estados Unidos una exquisita selección de productos españoles auténticos. Además de varias clases de chorizo, nuestra oferta también incluye otros productos españoles gourmet como tortillas, jamón o queso.
In-house manufacturing
We have a factory in Miami specializing in the production of Spanish-style Chorizo, BBQ Chorizo, black pudding and other charcuterie products such as Lomo Embuchado. These products are marketed under our own brand, Quijote, as well as under third-party brands. Our factory is approved by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and rigorously complies with internationally recognized quality standards, such as Safe Quality Food (SQF).
Import of products
We import a wide range of products from Grupo Palacios and other renowned manufacturers. Our offer includes Chorizo, omelets, pizzas, pastries and a variety of other gourmet products. These products are strategically distributed throughout the United States and the Caribbean, ensuring their availability in multiple markets. We have a federal warehouse, allowing us to have exhaustive control over the reception, inspection and release of all imported products. This process ensures that our products meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.
Sales and distribution
We handle the sale and distribution of a wide range of domestic and imported products. We have a commercial team in charge of managing all distribution operations, covering the entire territory of the United States and the Caribbean. In addition, we have our own fleet of trucks, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to supermarkets and restaurants in South Florida. With this, we offer a comprehensive service that guarantees the quality and freshness of our products at their final destination.
